If you are a PHBA member and reside in the state of Pennsylvania...simply request at time of PHBA membership to be affiliated with the KPEA.  The cost of membership to the KPEA is included in your PHBA membership fee.

If you live outside of Pennsylvania, and are a PHBA member...you are automatically a member of the PHBA Club in your home state.  You can be a member of multiple affiliate clubs.  Most clubs require an Affiliate Membership to their club in order to be eligible for their Year End Awards (as does KPEA).
